How can I be sure that you received my order?
We will email confirmation of order receipt once you’ve made payment.

How soon will I receive my order?
USA Domestic: 2-3 days from the order placement date.

International: 7-12 days from the order placement date.

What’s your shipping method, and will I get a tracking #?
We ship via USPS Priority for USA Domestic and USPS Express for International. You will receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Why is International shipping so expensive?
In our experience USPS Express is far more reliable than going for a cheaper option. Getting orders lost in the mail and then trying to track them down across borders is a hassle we (and you) prefer not to deal with.

What about VAT/customs duty?

When ordering from outside of the US, your country may require you to pay taxes on your order. We do not control this amount, nor do we have any idea what each country may charge. You should check with your local customs office. We are required to put your full invoice amount on the Customs Form (so if your item cost $150, we write $150 on the form).

You may declare your package as a “gift” by writing “gift” in the “Notes to Seller” section at checkout or by emailing us. If you do this, the recipient (whoever the package is delivered to, even if that is yourself) may be charged considerably less in taxes or may not be taxed at all.
However, you should check with your local customs office to find out what qualifies a package to be classified as a gift, and how it affects the charges you will incur locally such as taxes, duties, or other tariffs. Misuse of the “gift” designation may result in your package being delayed at customs, or even returned.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT “GIFT” DESIGNATION IF YOU LIVE IN THE UK, CANADA, NORWAY, SWEDEN OR SWITZERLAND
You can tell us to ship your order as a gift, but we have to put the total invoice amount on your customs form as required by your laws.

What if I order the wrong size? Can I get an exchange?
As long as we have the size in stock, yes. If not, you can return for refund or exchange for a different style. Please note that you will have to pay for the shipping of the item back to us in Colorado.

Is it safe to pay online?
We use Paypal/Stripe for processing online payments, and it is 100% secure.

  • How can I be sure that you received my order?
    If you received an email with your payment receipt, we received your order. You will also receive an email confirmation when the online store closes and updates when your order ships, as well as tracking information.
  • How soon will I receive my order?
    Expect delivery to your doorstep in 6 weeks from the online store closing date. 
  • I missed the order deadline, and the online store is now closed. Can I still place my order?
    Once the online store is closed, no further orders can be accepted until another store is opened. 
  • I am a team leader / manager. I want to buy extra items as inventory- how do I do that?
    You can either go online and order all the gear you want online. OR contact your sales rep with the sizing/quantities you want to order BEFORE the online store closing date.
  • What if I order the wrong size? Can I get an exchange?
    Because we need to individually produce every custom order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • Is it safe to pay online?

Can you match the color of the apparel to my bike / other item?
We can try, but cannot guarantee a perfect match. Even with a Pantone code- different applications produce slightly different color results.

I don’t have my logos in the formats you request. What can I do?
Send us whatever you have and we’ll see what we can do. Some logos can be rendered into vectors if the image size/resolution is good enough.

Where can I see the product and check the size before committing to ordering?
You can get samples delivered in 2-3 days with a refundable deposit here.

I just got another sponsor. Can I still add it to my design?
If your order is already confirmed and placed (paid for), it’s too late. If not- then it’s no problem.

How can I be sure that you received my order?
